I like going out with my friends. I go to concert of Ska/Punk but I can’t go anymore to pogo because of my kness.
I listen to metal, rock and folk music. School I go to school in Ath at Saint François. I’m in the 5th social and educative science. My mother language is French. I speak also a little English and Dutch. Ath Ath is a small city at a distance of 65 km from Bruxelles and 250 km from Paris.

I mostly like to read funny stories with a love intrest. i like lots of music, almost anything. except for classical and screamo/rock. i mostly like Lincon Park and Evanessence. What kind of movies do you like? Again, i like funny movies with a love interest. I also like action movies, as you can see I loved Batman"The Dark Knight"

Bonjour Gaëlle, je m'appelle Emily. Ni Nancy ni Michelle ne suivrent le francais encore. Alors, si tu veux, je peut-être ta correspondante. J'ai ecrit aussi à Morine qui était la correspondante à Michelle, et ma correspondante Aline, (j'ai pris trop long temps repondre à elle, alors, elle n'a pas repondu encore). Ath is a small “province” of Hainaut; it is near Mons and Tournai. There are 26.799 inhabitants for 126.9 km2. Ath is the capital of “le Pays des Collines” and the city of the giants.
What is there in the area? There is a military airport in Chièvre (± 8 km) and another in Zaventem. There is one hotel on the Esplanade (“Hotel du parc”)
It’s worth a visit! Monuments:
The tower Burbant is a donjon of the XIIth century.
The City Hall built between 1614 and 1620. It was renovated from 1980 till 1983.
Saint Julien Church built in 1394 and finished in 1465. After the fire of 1817, the church was reconstructed from 1819 till 1822.
Saint Martin Church built in 1585 and finished in 1603.

There is the Floral Festival (“Floralies”) from May till the end of the summer. There is a course across the entire city.
The city is decorated for Xmas.
There is the Ducasse (local fair). If is on the last weekend of Augustus and Ath is crowded. The Ducasse begins on Friday afternoon and finishes on September 8th. On Sundays from 3:00 a.p., there is a procession of the giants. Ath is the only city where you can see giants dancing.

Les saupoudrer avec les amandes pilées, le sucre vanillé et les macarons cassés JBouillir le lait avec le sucre puis verser sur les mastelles et laisser refroidir le tout (± 6 heures) JMélanger les jaunes d’œuf à la préparation J Battre les blancs et les intégrer à la préparation J Etaler le tout sur la pâte (feuilletée de préférence, mais pas trop légère)
